Refund Policy

1. Billing Structure

BrightRoot tuition is billed monthly. Each billing cycle covers one calendar month of program participation. There are no upfront annual fees.

2. Withdrawal & Cancellation

Parents may withdraw their child from the program at any time by providing written notice to info@brightroot.scientiavitae.academy. Withdrawal takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after withdrawal.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days of first enrollment: Full refund of the first month's tuition if the program is not the right fit.
• Mid-month withdrawal: No partial refund for the current billing period. Service continues until the end of the paid month.
• Program cancellation by BrightRoot: If we cancel a cohort for any reason, enrolled families receive a full refund for any unused portion of tuition paid.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of the refund request being confirmed.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@brightroot.scientiavitae.academy within 30 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing disputes promptly.
